We are committed to ensuring that corporate and personal data remain secure and confidential.

2. Information We Access and Process The Application operates within your organization's Google Cloud infrastructure and accesses only the data required to perform meeting room scheduling:

• User Identity: Email addresses and basic profile information to verify booking ownership and assign role permissions (User vs. Superadmin).

• Calendar Data: Meeting titles, event schedules, room locations, and participant email addresses via Google Calendar API to create, modify, or delete calendar reservations.

• Spreadsheet Records: Booking records stored within the client organization's designated Google Sheets database.

3. Data Storage and Data Ownership

• No External Database: We do not store, duplicate, or transmit your organization's booking details, meeting subjects, or employee identities to any third-party or external server.

• Client Ownership: All operational data resides exclusively within the Google Cloud/Google Workspace tenant owned and controlled by your organization.

• Access Scopes: Google API scopes requested (Calendar, Sheets, Mail) are executed solely to automate scheduling notifications and update internal sheets.

4. Third-Party Sharing We do not sell, trade, or share any information processed by the Application with third parties or external advertising networks.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Because all records are stored in your organization's Google Workspace account, data retention and deletion policies remain entirely under the control of your organization's Google Workspace administrator.
